Scar hair transplantation
The FUE technique is also the perfect tool in cases of head scars of different origin: congenital scars, posttraumatic (previous head trauma), postoperative (neurosurgical procedures, linear scars from older FUT hair transplantation). The results are exceptionally good despite the scar tissue with poorer blood supply. The surgical expertise and fine skills of the surgeon are an important prerequisite for a successful hair transplant in scars with ischemic tissues.
